About these formats

PNG and JPEG are raster image formats, while PDF can bundle one or more image pages in a document container.

Browser limitations

One image per PDF page. Maximum 75 MiB combined inputs, 20 MiB each and 40 million pixels. Images are not OCR-processed; resulting page text is not selectable.

Can the PDF have several pages?

Yes. Select multiple images and each becomes a separate page.

Will the image be uploaded?

No. Image embedding takes place entirely within the browser.
